My iEXOS 100 Mount Did Not Come with A WiFi Dongle, What's Up With That?

The first production run of the iEXOS 100 Mount did not include the WiFi dongle as described in the iEXOS 100 PMC-Eight user manual.  
If you need to change your WiFi channel due to your local wireless environment causing problems with your PMC-Eight connections, and you don’t have a dongle, then you should call Explore Scientific Customer Service at +1 (866) 252-3811 ext. 2. They will ship a WiFi dongle out at no cost to you.
